12 oz fresh Cranberries
1 cup sugar
½ cup - brown sugar (Packed)
½ cup - raisins (golden raisins or sultanas will also work)
1 teaspoon - ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon - ground ginger
½ teaspoon - ground cloves (its OK if you don't have this)
¼ teaspoon - all spice
1 cup - water
1 cup - apple, peeled and chopped
1 cup - onion
½ cup - celery, chopped

1. Combine cranberries, sugars, raisins, spices and water in an uncovered saucepan. Cook over a medium heat until the cranberries pop

2. Reduce the heat, stir in the onion, apples and celery and simmer uncovered for approx. 30 mins until the chutney thickens and the onions, apples and celery have softened

3. Allow the chutney to cool and serve with crackers, cheese, cream cheese, or white meat

Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
