2 lb. Salmon fillet
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup of brown sugar, packed
¼ cup of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
Garnish: lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Fold up the sides of foil around the salmon; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except garnish; spoon mixture over salmon. Top salmon with another piece of foil; crimp edges to seal. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and is cooked through. Uncover; baste salmon with pan drippings. Place pan under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes; broil until golden. Garnish with lemon slices.
