2 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 16 oz bag pretzel twists, lightly crushed
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
2 ea 11 oz bags of caramels unwrapped
1/4 c heavy cream
1 1/2 t vegetable oil
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9X13 with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper leaving a two inch overhang on all sides. Microwave chocolate chips at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate (reserving 1/4 c) onto the parchment paper and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle pecans onto chocolate and press into the chocolate. Pour crushed pretzels (reserving 1 c) over the pecans.
Combine the caramels and cream and melt at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over the base mixture. Scatter last 1 c of pretzels over the top and gently press into the caramel.
Stir the oil into the reserved chocolate and drizzle over the top. refrigerate until set, about two hours. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
