4 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c butter, melted
pinch of salt
2 -3 oz milk
2 t cocoa, optional
3 egg yolks
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add the egg yolks in the center and mix with a fork. Add the melted butter. Add milk and knead with your hands until uniform and soft.
Roll the dough into a log and fill the cookie maker.
Make the cookies on a cold cookie sheet. Add sprinkles and decorations as desired.
Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.

This recipe came with my 'biscuit' maker that was made in Italy. This was the third one I bought to finally have one that worked properly. (Sometimes it is true that you get what you pay for.)
