ADD BUTTER DRIPPINGS MEASURE ¼
¼ CUP FLOUR
SALT AND PEPPER TO SEASON
2 CUPS MILK

Directions:
Directions:
Transfer drippings to small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add flour and stir with flat bottom whisk. Heat through. Lower heat and add milk a ½ cup at a time. Heat until thickened.
