Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound butter/margarine
1 pound Velveeta cheese
4 pounds confectioner's sugar
1 cup Hershey'sŪ cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cheese over low heat. You will need to mix continuously to keep them from separating. Remove from heat.
Mix in vanilla.
Stir cocoa into the cheese mixture.
Add confectioner's sugar (I found it easier to mix with my hands) No need to sift sugar if not lumpy. I used a large roasting pan to mix the confectioner's sugar with the cheese mix.
Mix in chopped nuts.
Pat into buttered jelly roll size pan (11X17) or 2 square pans depending on thickness of fudge you prefer. (I use wax paper on top of fudge to pat it evenly).
Cool and cut into squares.
Can be frozen for several months.

Use the homemade mock Velveeta cheese recipe in the "Tips" chapter to avoid the preservatives.
