3 Egg Yolks
1 teas. Vanilla
5 Egg Whites
½ teas. Cream of Tarter
¼ teas. Salt
¾ c. Powdered Sugar
½ c. Flour

Filling:
1 c. Milk
1 c. Sugar
5 tbsp. Flour
½ teas. Vanilla
½ c. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks at high speed; add vanilla and set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar and salt. Beat until stiff.
Fold in powdered sugar and flour.
Now, mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350º in a 10x15 pan that is greased and lined with greased wax paper.
When cake is done, immediately loosen sides, turn out on a sugared towel (powdered sugar).
Peel off wax paper and roll up cake and towel together.
For Filling: Mix flour and milk together
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool
Beat until fluffy and add sugar, crisco and vanilla. (The longer you beat, the fluffier.)
After it is cooled, unroll and spread with Twinkie filling and re-roll.
