1¼ c. Butter
¾ c. Sugar
1 c. Almond Flour
2½ c. All-Purposed Flour
1½ teas. Almond Extract
½ teas. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes.)
Mix in Almond and Vanilla Extracts.
Add the Flours and Salt.
Knead with fingers just until dough comes together. (If dough is too sticky to neatly shape, add more flour, a tablespoon at a time, but no more than 1/4 cup.)

Roll dough into ½ inch balls and place in fridge for 1 hour.
Shape into crescents.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in 350º oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove to wire rack until cool enough to handle.

While cookies are still warm, sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
