2 sticks of butter
2.5 c sugar
1 T buttermilk powder
1/3 c. water
4 eggs
3.5 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda

4-5 ripe bananas
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Spray your baking pan(s) with Canola oil. Cut in ingredients in the order as listed. Pour into baking dish (a large bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake until it passes the toothpick test. For the bundt pan 1 hour and 10 minutes. For the loaf pans around 55 minutes.
