Ingredients: Graham Wafer Crackers Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling (kind you cook - not instant) Whipping Cream (1/2 quart) ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)
Icing 1½ cups icing sugar 2 tbsp butter enough milk for desired consistency.
mix icing by hand in small bowl. Start with very little milk (maybe a tablespoon). Keep adding milk or icing sugar in tiny amounts until icing is thin but not runny.

Directions:-line bottom of 9 X 13 dish with graham crackers
-Cook pudding over medium heat according to instructions. Stir frequently to keep pudding from sticking. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool pudding by placing pot in cold water. Pour pudding over crackers & refrigerate.
-Whip cream with mixer until very stiff. No sugar needed. Spread over cold pudding.
-Place 2nd layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream layer
-Spread icing over graham crackers. -make 5 thin lines of melted chocolate in the icing lengthways in the dish. Drag a butter knife in several "S" swirls across the lines of chocolate. This will make a classy design on the top of your dessert. Refrigerate again |
