2 large cans (28 oz) crushed or petite diced tomatoes
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
2-4 peppers (combination of jalapeño, poblano, etc.), tops removed and halved lengthwise
Chili seasoning
Garlic
12 oz. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large pot with olive oil. Add garlic, sausage, and beef. Brown until cooked through, draining as necessary. Stir in tomatoes, garlic to taste, peppers, seasoning, and beer. Simmer 3-4 hours as desired. To keep chili from increasing in hotness, remove peppers prior to refrigeration.

Serve over cooked pasta, top with cheese, if desired.
