1lb Italian Breakfast Sausage
1lb ground Turkey
1 minced Shallot
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp garlic from a tube (1-2 cloves)
1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt (to taste)
1 cube of butter
1 pint of half/half
2 tbls corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and shallot in a heavy pan. Add butter, a tablespoon at a time.
Add seasonings when the meat is well browned. Taste and adjust accordingly.
Blend cornstarch into a half cup of milk or half/half and add to meat mixture, reduce heat and continue to stir. Slowly add the remaining half/half and stir until desired thickness.

Serve over hot biscuits or your choice of bread or toast.
