Meringue
4 Egg whites, room temperature
¼tsp. Cream of tartar
¼tsp. Salt
1c. Packed of brown sugar

Filling
8oz. Cream cheese, softened
2tbsp. Milk
½c. Granulated sugar
1c. Semisweet chocolate chips
1c. Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Meringue
1.Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
2.Add brown sugar gradually, beating until very stiff.
3.Outline 3 circles, 8 inches each, on very lightly greased foil-lined cookie sheets.
4.Spread meringue, smoothing tops.
5.Bake in 275ºF oven for about 50 minutes until dry snd fairly firm to touch.
6.Cool before removing the foil.
7.Remove foil.

Filling
1.Beat cheese, milk and granulated sugar together well.
2.Melt chips over low heat.
3.Cool.
4.Meat into cheese mixture.
5.Whip cream until stiff.
6.Fold into the chocolate-cheese mixture.
7.Spread between layers, saving enough to frost the top layer and sides.
8.Chill 8 hours or overnight.
9.Cut into 8 or 10 small wedges.
