1 lb. ground round
1/2-1 head of cabbage, shredded
1 onion, diced
1 bag of minute rice (or 1/2 c. uncooked rice)
1 can tomato soup (I have also made it with spaghetti sauce)
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spread half of the cabbage in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Brown meat in frying pan until red is gone. Add onion and cook until limp. Drain. Add rice and mix until blended with meat mixture. Spread meat mixture over cabbage. Cover with the rest of the cabbage. Mix tomato soup and water. Pour over the top. Cover. Cook in 375 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours.
