Meatball:
5 lb hamburger
2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 TBS minced garlic
5 eggs
1 cup Romano cheese
2 TBS garlic powder
2 TBS basil

Soup:
8 cups water
2 TBS beef base
3 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 TBS garlic powder
1 cup Romano cheese
Frozen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs:
Mix meatball ingredients together.
Form into 1/2 inch balls.
Bake @ 400º for 10 minutes.

Soup:
Cook noodles al dente per package directions.
Heat water, beef base, tomatoes & spices.
Add noodles & meatballs.
Heat through.
Gradually sprinkle in cheese.
