½ c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Sour Cream
2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
Juice of 1 Orange
1 c. Fresh or Frozen Cranberries

For Icing:
XXX Sugar
Juice of 1 Orange

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla and juice of orange.
Fold in sour cream.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt - stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries.
Fill paper lined muffin tins.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
When cooled mix XXX Sugar with juice from orange and pour on muffins.
