2 eggs
¼ cup milk
¾ cup pkg. season bread crumbs
2 lbs of grounded meat
1 1.3 oz envelope of onion soup mix
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp of ketchup
½ tsp of black pepper

Onion gravy
1tbsp of vegetable oil
3 cups of sliced onions ( about ¾ of a pound)
2 jars of ½ oz each of savory beef gravy
¼ tsp of black pepper

Accompaniments:
1 bag of 16 oz of wide egg noodles, cooked and buttered.
8 servings of crumpled carrots cooked.

Heat oven to 400º. Lightly beat together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in breadcrumbs until well blended. Add the beef, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and black pepper. Mix together and put in meatloaf pan.

Bake at 400º for 45 - 60 minutes, until thermometer reaches 160º.

Gravy:
Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add jars of gravy and stir.
