6 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream with chives
2 T milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. frozen, well drained chopped spinach
cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 400º for 20 minutes.
