2 T olive oil or 2 T vegetable oil
4 pork chops or tenderloins
salt and pepper
2 large onions, thinly sliced (or diced)
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 T cider vinergar
1 T brown sugar
¼ tsp ground sage (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
-Season pork with salt and pepper.
-Cook pork in oil to almost done, about 4 minutes per side (depending on size/cut).
-Remove.
-Add onion to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or to golden brown.
-Stir in Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar and sage.
-Bring to boil; cook to reduce slightly.
-Return pork; simmer uncovered approximately 2 min or until done.
