3 avocadoes
½ red onion
1 garlic clove
4½ tablespoons of lime juice
Pita bread
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Cut avocadoes in half and scoop out the insides. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

Add diced onion and diced garlic cloves and mix well. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil and some salt and pepper.


Cut the pita bread into small triangles and place on an oven tray. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on top and place in the oven at 160ºc until crispy (roughly 10-15 minutes).
