Smokehouse Mac and cheese Recipe

Block of boars head Wisconsin beechwood smoked Cheddar (1inch thick)
block of mozzarella
block of boars head smoked gouda (1inch thick)
half a block of velveeta (small block)
¼ cup flour
3 tbsp butter
1 16 oz box of noodles (I use cavatappi)
2 ½ cups of milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
liquid smoke to taste (I use approximately 1/4 cup)
paprika to taste

for topping (optional)
italian panko bread crumbs
1 stick of butter
dash of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
shred all cheese and set aside (cut velveeta into small chunks)
Preheat oven to 375º
Boil noodles until al dente
In large sauce pan, melt butter over low heat
Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth; take off heat
Little by little, stir in milk until smooth. Stir constantly for approximately 10 minutes on low until the mixture starts to thicken. Take off heat.
Stir in all cheeses, one at a time until melted. Add liquid smoke if using.
mix in noodles.
Pour in baking dish and bake at 375º for approximately 20 minutes
*if using topping*
Mix panko, melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl and top macaroni before putting it in the oven.
