5 bell peppers of any colour
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
curry
salt
pepper
wild garlic
turmeric
1 can mixed beans
leftover rice
tomato sauce (with basil, oregano and thyme)
feta cheese
oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. sauté garlic and onions
2. add curry, turmeric, wild garlic, salt & pepper and sauté until fragrant
3. add beans, rice and feta cheese; mix well until heated up
4. add tomato sauce & stir until well mixed, turn off heat
5. cut off tops of the bell peppers & remove seeds
6. place the peppers in an oven-proof dish and fill them up with the stuffing, cover with the pepper tops
7. add water to cover the peppers half-way and add 60 ml oil
8. bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 2h
