1 loaf bread dough
vegetable oil or soft butter
1 medium cabbage, coarsely shredded
½ tsp seasoned salt & pepper

OPT:
1 lb ground beef, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Shred, then steam cabbage until limp. (Meat option: brown beef, add remaining ingredients, saute, then spread onto dough & continue)
Roll bread dough until quite thin; brush oil or melted butter over top.
Cover with cabbage, season with salt & pepper & roll up like a jelly roll lengthwise (or make as stuffed buns).
Place on greased cookie sheet; brush with more oil or butter. Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Slice to serve.
