2 bags of potatoes O'Brien
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz sour cream (3/4 of a 16 oz container)
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 lb Velveeta cheese cut into small chunks
Directions:
Directions:
Allow hash browns to thaw over night. blend the cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix in the velveeta and butter. Add potatoes. Place in a 9x13" baking pan Bake @ 350º w/ cover for 1 hour, stir, then without cover for 30 minutes.
