4 chicken breasts (bone in) or any kind of chicken parts
salt and pepper
½ c sweet marmalade (orange is yumm. Any flavor you like)
2 t lemon juice
2 t mustard (dijon or any kind)
1 clove minced garlic
½ t Worcestershire sauce
1 t curry powder

Directions:

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. mix well. Arrange chicken in a baking pan. Coat the chicken with the mixture. Cover the pan. If desired, refrigerated for and hour or two. Bake covered, 375º for 30 minutes. Remove cover, bake an additional 30 minutes, basting frequently.

Line the pan with foil to make clean up easier. Adjust time baking to the type of chicken you are using. I think this could be easily adapted to a slow cooker and be delicious. We were surprised at how good this meal is, we don't normally like orange marmalade. A small jar of it will keep for a couple of meals in the cycle! You could make a large crockpot batch and freeze a meal to throw in the crock pot another time.
