2 packages of white stuffing mushrooms
1 bag of uncooked spinach
2-3 cloves of garlic
seasoning to taste - onion powder and oregano
cheese of choosing (cheddar is usually best)
6 ritz crackers
a little white wine or sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the mushrooms in warm water.
Take the stem out of the mushroom.
Carve them out a little more to stuff.
Sauté the buttons, garlic, seasonings, and spinach.
Food process the crackers (or any binding source)
Set aside.
Put all of the sautéed parts in food processor.
Add shredded cheese to taste
Mix altogether.
Add a little more cheese on top.
Drizzle a little white wine or sherry on top and bake at 350 for about 20 mins.

This recipe takes 30 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. Appetizer for 4-6

You can actually do many variations of this recipe.

You can add crab meat, you can add cream cheese, you can add flakes of red pepper if you'd like spicy, or anything you'd like to add your own signature flavor!!!
