1/2 c butter
1 1/4 c white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
2 c flour
1 c buttermilk ( or sour regular milk with 1 tsp vinegar)
2 c finely chopped rhubarb dusted with 1 tbsp flour

TOPPING
1/4 c butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cream butter and sugar
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Stir together dry ingredients
5. Add alternately dry ingredients and milk to butter mixture
6. Add chopped rhubarb
7. Combine topping mixture
8. Spray 9x13 pan and dust with flour
9. Pour in batter and sprinkle topping mixture on top
10. Bake 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
