6 lb Brisket
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

1 small bottle liquid smoke
1/2 bottle -Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
1 bottle of Your favorite barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket with fat side up, pour on the liquid smoke and Worcestershire and marinate overnight.

Slather on a bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce and cook at 250 for 6 - 7 hours
