1 pkg active dry yeast
˝ c water, warm
1 T sugar
1 T oil
3 c flour
1 ˝ t salt
Water & Oil, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, water and sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add oil; mix. Add salt to flour and mix. Add yeast mixture to flour and add enough water to work dough +/- 1 ˝ cups with hands. Spread 2 T of oil across top of dough and work dough again with hands. Add another T of oil and work again on floured surface. Knead dough 8-10 minutes until you “feel life”. Place in oiled bowl; cover with towel. Put in oven to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.

Punch down center to deflate. Rework dough ball and return to oven to rise for ~45 minutes or until double in bulk. Punch down again and form to shape. Rise in oven again until double in bulk.

Bake at 400 deg F until brown (~20 minutes)
