Ingredients:  
3 large cans tomatoes, chopped
6 oz tomato juice
6-8 4-inch onions. Chopped fine.
6 bay leaves
4 chili peppers, seeds removed and minced
6 Tbsp chili powder
3.5 Tbsp salt (can use less if desired)
black pepper to taste
pinches of oregano, cayenne, caraway, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 Tbsp cumin
1 cans chili hot beans (Brooks)
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp paprika
4 lbs ground round (do not brown)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot or dutch oven. Cook for 3 hours, covered.
Cook uncovered for an additional amount of time based on desired consistency.
