The night before you want rolls, dump together
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 pkg. of yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup milk (lukewarm)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Take out 3 hours before needed. Roll out dough adding just as little extra flour as possible and cut into squares or circles for Parkerhouse rolls. If you keep it sticky, the rolls will be extra good. Dot melted butter in the fold and on top. Let rise 2 1/2 hours in warm draft free place Bake 12 minutes at 400º.

These may be baked about 10 minutes, allowed to cool, wrapped and frozen. Let thaw and heat 5 minutes at 400º. Dough can be refrigerated 4 to 5 days.
