9 X 13 oblong glass pan
Cover bottom with whole and parts graham crackers.

Prepare 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French Vanilla instant pudding mixed with 3 1/2 cups cold milk.
Then fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip.

Pour half over crackers. another layer of graham crackers and pour other half of pudding over them. Top with frosted whole graham crackers.

Frost with fudge frosting (can be can).

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
