Ingredients:
Ingredients:
CRUST
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 Tbsp crisco
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
THIS IS A SINGLE RECIPE FOR CRUST.
I USUALLY TRIPLE IT FOR MY PIE.
I USE THE LARGE BLUE/BLACK PAN.

FILLING: (THIS RECIPE FILLS THE BIG PAN)
- 10 lbs ham
- 3 baskets of cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 ½ dozen eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients for the crust. Add in wet ingredients. Kneed well.
2. Divide dough into 2 sections (one slightly larger).
3. Roll out the larger section of dough. Use that for bottom crust.
4. Mix all ingredients for the filling. Pour filling into crust.
5. Roll out the other dough. Place that over the filling. Pinch the ends to seal. Press prongs of fork into edges to secure seal.
6. Brush the top crust with well beaten egg. May have to cover the edges of top crust with foil to prevent burning.
7. Bake at 350º until done (about an hour or more).
