Mixture: 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 T butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Mix with fork until crumbly.

Batter:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Batter: Mix dry ingredients in small bowl, beat egg until frothy. Add butter and sugar. Mix then add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of streusel mixture. Repeat. Bake 25-30 minutes.
