2 T vegetable oil
8 oz mixed diced onion, celery, green pepper, diced
1T minced garlic
20 oz ground turkey
1 (1.25 oz) packet chili seasoning mix
1 (16 oz) can chili beans, undrained
1 (10 oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

Preheat large sauce pan on med. high for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium; brown ground turkey 5-7 minutes. Stir until it crumbles. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I usually use 2 or three kinds of beans. We like it sprinkled with cheddar grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream. I like left overs on rice, or part of a taco. We like cornbread with chili.
Our local grocery store in Tampa, had Rebecca making some delicious thing every day. This is one she taught me to make.
