Ingredients:	Ingredients: Pie filling: 4 large apples, peeled and sliced ½ c. sugar 2 tbsp flour ½ tsp.cinnamon 2 tbsp lemon juice Pie topping: ½ c. flour ½ c. butter 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:	Directions: Filling: Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and place in a 9 " pastry crust. Topping: Combine flour, butter and sugar together till crumbly and then spread evenly over apple filling. Place pie in a brown paper bag and fold over end of bag. Bake at 350º oven for 1 hour. (I also advise misting the bag prior to baking, and ensure the paper bag is not near the heat element)
