1 pkt of dry yeast
¼ cup warm water (105º-115º)
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. honey or granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3-4 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to warm water and let sit 5 minutes.
Add honey (or sugar), butter and salt to milk and heat in microwave 1 minute. Let cool if the mixture is over 115ºF.
Add 1 egg and 1 cup of flour to the yeast mixture and stir with mixer. Will look shaggy
Add the milk mixture and 1 cup flour and mix.
Add another cup of flour and start kneading adding flour as is needed till the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.
Knead for 4-6 minutes. Dough should be elastic and spring backed when poked.
Coat a bowl with cooking spray and put the kneaded dough in, then turn to coat.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let sit till doubled OR at this point you can put the dough in the fridge and use later or freeze.
When the dough has doubled punch down and shape into rolls.
Put rolls in a 13X9 glass dish leaving ½ to 1 inch between.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 - 25 minutes
