Ingredients:  
1 pound dry black beans
1 pound pork should (cubed)
½ pound bacon or pork belly (cooked and chopped)
½ pound Andouille or kielbasa sausage
2 bay leaves
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cube Maggi chicken bouillon
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sort and rinse black beans.
2. Saute onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Fry or bake pork belly/bacon (pork belly throws a lot of grease, air fryer is cleanest way to do this)
2. Sear pork shoulder.
3. Place all ingredients in pressure cooker, stir together.
4. Set pressure cooker to high for 45 minutes.
5. Let naturally release.
6. Serve with rice or in a pita
