4 Tbsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, smashed
chicken broth to thin to consistency
white wine to taste

Stuffing:
spinach, squeeze
whipped cream to thicken
onion
butter
swiss cheese
thyme
pepper almonds

Stuff the meat. Cook it in the oven. Brush on the sauce.
