½ cup butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 cups sugar
⅔ can of evaporated milk
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate (can substitute cocoa with 2 additional Tbsps of butter). Add sugar and blend until smooth. Add milk and a dash of salt.

Can do this in a double boiler or in a well controlled microwave on power setting of 2 or 3 depending on the microwave. Stop to stir occasionally, never let it boil. Cook until it is very hot and a heavy sauce. Serve immediately over ice cream or any dessert. To reheat, add only a couple of drops of water and stir until smooth before heating again.
