1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 . baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 T. oil
2 T. milk
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Orange zest or orange juice

Combine the first 6 dry ingredients; stir well. Combine the eggs, oil and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moist. Don't over mix. Spread batter in the bottom of crock pot.

Combine fruits, sugar and water in a medium pan. Add orange zest or a dash of orange juice. Bring to a boil. Pour over batter.

Cover crock pot and cook on high heat for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
