"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 cups whole wheat flour all purpose can be used instead
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
I used my silicone doggie treat molds.

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, and peanut butter. Stir until completely combined.

Add in flour and pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon) - stirring just until combined.

Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out dough to one quarter inch, using flour as needed to keep dough from sticking. I spooned the dough into a silicone molds. Cut shapes out of dough and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 40 minutes - depending on desired level of crunchiness.

Remove treats from oven and let cool on a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, in the refrigerator for 1 month, or the freezer for 6 months.
