2 Lbs Mild Italian Sausage
1 Jar, 2Lb. 13oz Spaghetti Sauce (I use Ragu)
1 Pkg noodles, cook a few minute, not all the way done.
1lb Ricotta cheese
2 Beaten eggs,
Salt and Pepper
2 Pkg sliced Mozzarella cheese (1lb)

Put some sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan, just enough to coat it.I use a throw away pan.

Brown the sausage

Mix the sausage with the spaghetti sauce

Start layering noodles, sauce, and ricotta cheese (mixed with the eggs)and part of mozzarella cheese. Should be about two layers of each mixture for each of the layers, ending with Mozzarella cheese on top, with a little sauce on it.. It might take three or four noodles per layer. Cook about 1 hour,at 350.
