Oatmeal Crust:

1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. almonds, chopped
1/3 c. brown sugar
4 T. butter
1/2 t. cinnamon

Chocolate Cheese Filling:

2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese (NOT Light or FF)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Amaretto liquor
4 eggs
4 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted (be very careful that chocolate doesn't "seize" during melting)

Chocolate Glaze:

1 - 4 oz. bar sweet dark chocolate (or 1/3 c. dark chocolate chips)
1 T. butter
3 T. heavy cream
1/4 t. Amaretto liquour

Crust:

Combine all ingredients in food processor/blender and blend, Press mixture into a 9" springform pan and bake at 350º for 6 - 8 minutes. Do NOT overbake or it will be very hard to cut. Cool.

Filling:

Beat cream cheese with sugar and Amaretto. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Incorporate cheese mixture with melted chocolate. Add chocolate cheese mixture to balance of cheese mixture, Mix until thick and smooth. Bake at 350º for 30 35 minutes or until center is firm. Do NOT overbake. Cool completely. Run knife around outside, remove springform pan.

Glaze:

Melt chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth. Remove pan from heat and stir in cream and Amaretto. Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate.
