COOKIE DOUGH
2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
6 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp whiskey
Powdered sugar

FILLING
6 egg whites beaten
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup sugar
1 lb walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough the day before and make into small balls, refrigerate covered with wax paper. Makes 36-49 balls.

Beat egg whites til stiff. Add sugar, cream of tarter, vanilla and walnuts.

Remove balls from refrigerator. Place powdered sugar in bowl.
Place a few balls at a time in sugar and coat well. Remove balls and place between 2 sheets of wax paper, roll each ball to about 2 - 2 1/2” round. Place 1-2 tsp filling into each. Roll up. Bake 350º 15-17 minutes.
