3/4 cup chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 can (15 oz. each) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup salsa, thick & chunky
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and simmer 20-25 min or until vegetables are tender
