9 inch pie crust
pinch of sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups light cream or evaporated milk
10 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 cup grated swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk and spices to eggs, put cheese and bacon in bottom of unbaked pie shell, pour eggs over.

Preheat oven to 450º. Put pie in and lower to 400º. Bake for 12 minutes. Lower to 325º for 25 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
