3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Margarine or butter, softened
2 Eggs
1 Cup (2 medium), mashed ripe bananas
1/3 Cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9X5 or 8X4 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add bananas, milk and vanilla; blend well. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased pan.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes remove from pan.
