1 lb of sliced bacon, cut in half (Applewood Thick Sliced bacon)
1 lb of pitted dates (Majool dates)
4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
Tooth picks

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2:
Slice dates in half and open them up. Place blue cheese crumbs in the center of the dates. Close the halves of the dates and wrap a half-slice of bacon around the outside. Secure each one with a toothpick. Arrange in a baking dis with sides to catch any grease.

Step 3:
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bacon is crisp.
