Chocolate Crust
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp butter
1½ cups finely chopped almonds (toasted) or your favorite type of nut, chopped.

Filling
1½ sticks margarine, softened
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Cool Whip--2 containers probably

Directions:

Crust
Mix the crust ingredients together and press into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Chill

Filling
Mix together the margarine, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat until well-blended and smooth.

Add 5½ cups Cool Whip to the mixture and mix until well-blended. Spoon into the chocolate crust.

Top pie with more Cool Whip and drizzle with melted chocolate and salted peanuts. (Or I'd use mini Reeses PB cups)

When I worked there, this was my favorite pie. One of the culinary arts instructors was a friend of mine, and she gave me the recipe.
